MCO Medical Outreach in South Jersey

On Saturday, May 2, MCO will be holding a medical outreach in South Jersey with Iglesia Adventista del Septimo Dia in Penns Grove/Carneys Point. This outreach is open to all Christian healthcare students, clinicians, and those who have a burden to share God’s love! You’ll be working to provide healthcare screens, and share the Gospel through conversation and prayer with those we meet. We’ll conclude the day with a debriefing and an optional fellowship meal.

During the outreach not only do we seek to provide health education to the community, but the healthcare participants will be appropriately putting into practice how to share Christ’s love in the health care context. We will have a brief training before we start. Medical referrals will be given to a local health center and the church will provide spiritual follow up to those who request it.

THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF OPEN POSITIONS FOR THIS EVENT. 

When:  Saturday, May 2 (12 – 6:30 PM)

Where:  Iglesia Adventista del Septimo Dia in Penns Grove/Carneys Point (160 North Broad St. Carneys Point, NJ 08069)

12 – 1:15 PM – Set up and Orientation
1:15 – 2 PM – Short break and light lunch
2 – 5:00 PM – Healthcare outreach
5 – 5:30 PM – Clean up/re-stock
5:30 – 6:30 PM – Debrief and dinner (optional)

Note about the forms below:

– The first form is the registration for this outreach. Part of this form are the MCO Liability Release and Policy & Procedures Release, which must be completed by everyone who participates in the outreach. 

– The Model Release form at the bottom of this page is not required but is helpful to us as we take many photos throughout the day and try to get a whole team photo. Please consider submitting that form too unless you have concerns about having your photo taken.

Event Registration

This is necessary for anyone who participates. 

Anyone who has not participated in an MCO/SMI style outreach before must arrive by 12 PM for orientation. Others are encouraged to arrive then, to assist your fellow team members. If you must arrive later, please let us know the arrival time and reason in the comment box at the end of the form below and we will be in touch.

Model Release Form

This form allows us to take photos and/or video and use them for our social media and marketing communications. This is not a requirement for coming to the event, but is helpful to us. You can skip this form if you do not wish to submit a Model Release.


This is a legal release for Medical Campus Outreach Philadelphia (hereafter MCO) to take and use photos and video in publicity materials. In consideration of my engagement as a model (or as parent/ guardian on behalf of my child listed below), upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give MCO, MCO’s legal representatives and assigns, those for whom the MCO photographer is acting, and those acting with MCO’s authority and permission:

1. The unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits, video or pictures of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.

2. I also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith.

3. I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

4. I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless MCO, MCO’s legal representatives and assigns, those for whom the MCO photographer is acting, and those acting with MCO’s authority and permission, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

5. I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
